v  Simple present tense

Digunakan untuk menyatakan kejadian dan berupa fakta umum.

Rumus:

(+) s + v1 (s/ses)

(-) s  + do/does + not + v1

(?) Do/does + s + v1 ?

Exemple :

1.          she goes to campus by motoryle 

-          She does not go to campus by motorcyle

?      Does she go to campus by motorcyle

v Simple past tense

Digunakan untuk menyatakan kalimat yang terjadai dimasa lampau.

Rumus :

(+) s + v2

(-) s + did +not + v1

Example :

1.       I take a bath twice a day

-          I do not take a bath twice a day

?      Do i take a bath twice a day

2.       You mace the cake

-          You do not mace the cake

?      Do you mace the cake

v Presen continuous tense

Digiunakan menyatakan peristiwa atau kejadian, kegiatan yang terjadi saat ini

Rumus : 

(+) s + be + ving

(-) s + be + not +ving

(?) Be + s + ving

Example :

1.       They are going to campus

-          They are not going to campus

?      Are they going to campus

v Simple future tense

Digunakan untuk mengekpresikan kejadian yang belum terjadi/ kejadian dimasa depan

Rumus:

(+) s + will/shall + v1

(-) s + will/shall not + v1

(?) Will/shall + s + v1

Example :

1.       They will come to the party next week

-          They will not come to the party next week

?      Will they come to the party next week

2.       We shell study history

-          We shell not study history

?      Shell we study history

v Present perfect tense

Digunakan untuk menyatakan kejadian yang sudah terjadi dan hasi nya masih terasa

Rumus :

(+) s + has/have + v3

(-) s + has/have + not +v3

(?) Has/have + s + v3

Example :

1.       I have read the book

-          I have not read the book

?      Have i read the book
